Body Positive Yoga Flow- All abilities, All body sizes, All ages. Yoga for Everybody!

Fiore Body Positive Yoga Flow is for any body that’s always wanted to try yoga but never felt comfortable in a traditional yoga studio.

Our classes are small, intimate and are able to cater for all levels of experience and life stage. Our practice focus is Body Positivity, Size and Skill inclusiveness, with a strong emphasis on working with chronic pain issues such as Fibromyalgia. We teach a Hatha/Yin style class, following a 12 week cycle.  We’ve made the program user friendly - you can “dip in & out” of the program whenever you need to, we’ll make sure you’re up to date wherever we are in the program cycle! We cater for absolute beginners, lapsed yogi’s and those looking to refresh their practice to those looking for a change of pace.

Class size is capped at 6 participants  and our class length is 75 minutes long allowing for warm up, asana practice and deep relaxation. Following your class we allow time for a cuppa and a chat.

All mats and props are provided, as well as filtered water and herbal tea.                                                                               

Until we launch our specific Perinatal Yoga Program in early 2019 we happily welcome pregnant and post natal mama’s into our Body Positive Yoga Flow classes.

Womb Love Yoga Flow - Juicy Womb Love Yin Yoga for comfort, release & restoration

NOT JUST FOR FERTILITY BUT FOR WOMB LOVE TOO! Our Womb Love Yoga Flow offers a way to support your reproductive system and your fertility naturally, offset the stress associated with fertility challenges, support your menstrual cycle, improve chances of conception and healthy pregnancy. Our Womb Love Yoga Flow has been created from our Myofascial Yin Yoga Teacher Training, an innovative and modern training that has a “whole body approach”. Incorporating myo-fascial release and yin yoga into the training program helps the body and nervous system to remove trauma, so the body can rebuild and reach full restoration in all areas. Yin yoga is a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. Also described as  restorative yoga, Yin classes use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students into passive poses so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort .

Please note, you will be asked information regarding your reproductive journey. We use this information to tailor your session for safe practice.

Mindful Yoga for Pregnancy and Labour - Explore the feminine wisdom in pregnancy and birth through the ancient practices of Yoga.

We are currently developing our Mindful Pregnancy Yoga program! Rachael is undertaking 85 hours of Bliss Baby Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training & 100hrs Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in 2019.

Look for classes by early 2019.

  • Mindful Yoga for Pregnancy and Labour - For our Blooming Mama’s and the Papa’s too.

  • Mindful Pregnancy Asanas for Couples - A focus on partner asana and mindful connection.

Pregnancy yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Research suggests that prenatal yoga can:

  • Improve sleep

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

  • Decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, headaches and shortness of breath

Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent. And it's not just for Pregnant Women, birth partners can join in too, be it at regular Mindful Pregnancy Yoga classes or special Couple classes.
